Shop The Anthropologie Sale With Confidence (Here’s Our Favs And New Picks:))

Happy Fri-YAY, as my kids call it (wonder where they got it). Today, it’s a quick post, with a lot of show-and-tell for those of you looking for some new pieces for your home or your body. This post isn’t sponsored by Anthropologie, but yes, there is an Anthropologie sale, and yes, as a consistent partner of theirs, we have a special code for our readers. So IF you need something new and IF you are going to add some things to your cart, here are some of my favorite things (and a sales code: EMILYH20).

Washed Denim Drawstring Romper | Double-Breasted Knit Plaid Blazer

This summer’s utility romper has huge pockets and extremely comfortable, wide legs, with a drawstring. I swear I’m not really selling it there, but like all my favorite clothes, it’s stylish, casual, and easy to wear. The leopard sandals are the ones I grab most of the time when I want to slightly edge up a more simple outfit (like this one). Everyone likes a pop of leopard:) This versatile blazer dresses up boring and dresses down serious.

Jean Shorts | Camo Shorts

Two new shorts I love – AGOLDE’s (which are annoyingly expensive, because they are good, so a sale is a good thing). They have structure, sit nicely on the hips, and have the perfect wear and tear. The camo shorts are fantastic – loose elastic waist (size down, I’m wearing a small but could have gone smaller). I like that they are comfortable like a trouser short, but in a cooler pattern.

The Somerset Maxi Dress

Their Somerset dress is viral because it’s easy to wear, flattering, tailored, and full body (so great for spring or when you don’t want to show too much skin).

Oversized Linen Button-Front Maxi Dress | The Mona Linen Shirt Dress

Yes, those are two different black linen dresses, and somehow I needed both and love them both equally. The one with shorter puff sleeves has a lining that keeps it really weighty and drapey, in the best of ways. I wear it on plane travel days, and I wore it 4 of the 7 nights to dinner in Mexico (because it was mid-60s at night, where you want full coverage but you don’t want to wear anything fitted). I really wish it came in other colors (it comes in other patterns, but they are pretty loud). Now the thinner one is shot on their site as a swim coverup, but I wear it just around the house, around town with something tied around my waist, and it’s a fantastic post-spray tan dress. But yes, it’s also a great pool cover-up. Super lightweight with high slits.

Netted Jelly Mules | Brooklyn Kel Leopard Double-Strap Sandals

The burgundy jellies seem like they’d be specific, but they are easier to mix into your wardrobe than you think, especially for summer. They are more comfortable than flip-flops but still reject the sand. The leopard Kelsi Dagger sandals are my favorite.

The Goldie Cotton Crew-Neck Sweater | The Keira Waisted Tuxedo-Front Blouse | Mabel Boxy Denim Shirt

So much (if not all) of their fashion is on sale. My favorite brands are Pistola, Pilcro, AGODLE, and I buy a decent amount of Maeve. All of these are very me:) Soft blues, sweet detailing, and comfort first!

Rainbow Stone Necklace | Willow Coin Pendant Necklaces (Set of 2) | Beachy Beaded Pearl Necklace

I’ve become a big necklace layer-er over the past couple of years, and it really can make any “simple” outfit more fun and put-together. I really like all three of these options.

Button-Front Popover Top | Avaya Half-Zip Mini Dress | Shrunken Bennet 100% European Linen Buttondown Shirt

Oversized but cool is what I love to wear. Throw in a stripe, and it’s even better.

Linen Cotton Jogger Pants | Lydia Drawstring Shorts | Woven Leather Ballet Flats

I haven’t tried these on, but they look comfortable, and yes, very good. I’m into a baggy cargo pant, and how cute are those paperbag top “athletic” shorts? I think they would hit in a nice place on the thigh. As you know, blue is my favorite color, and light blue is trending hard right now. I can’t personally vouch for these very cute shoes, but the reviews are great!

Some Of My Favorite Home Pieces On Sale

Blue Bordered Vase | Dresser

Well, the dresser is rad. I think it couldn’t really be better for this room, actually. But the vase with the blue lines is also on sale.

Chair | Picture Frame | Vase | Pink Dish | Shams | White Dish

A lot more Anthro in my guest bedroom than I thought, and it’s all on sale. The big blue vase is one of the highlights for me, since it has such an impact, and it’s usually expensive (so good to get on sale).

Paris Rêvé Hardcover Book | Ceramic Vessel | Picture Frame | Gold Pitcher | Blue Bordered Vase | Scalloped Tray | Light Blue Vase | Pink Dish

I made a fun little collection for you to see all of the pieces together. I love that huge white centerpiece bowl (perfect for our island or a big dining table). I bought that beautiful blue scallop tray before I talked myself back into returning it (it’s so expensive, but so good, but too expensive, but so good!!!). The powder blue ceramic vase has the perfect color and patina.

Felicity Performance Weave Slipcover Bed | Corby Easy Care Fringed Rug

My new bed and rug are both from Anthropologie, both on sale. Both rad (the rug is really soft). BTW, now that I removed the mustard colors from this room, I love it so much more. It was a nice contrast for the photo, but in real life, I love the blue/pink tonal vibe.

Holly Cushion Cover

This pillow was SUCH a great find a couple of years ago that they still sell (thankfully!) The colors are so good together, it’s fun without taking up too much visual attention, and I’ve used it a ton. 100/10.

Joy Lacquer Side Table

I love adding a style contrast moment to a room, and that’s exactly what this awesome little lacquered side table did: add a modern contrast. It adds such a fun freshness, and lacquered decor is very in:)

Striped Ruffle Indoor/Outdoor Pillow

I just bought four more green versions of these pillows. They’ve held up really well and will be their third summer in our yard.

Roma Round 60″ Oak Wood Dining Table | The Fern Marble Top Three-Drawer Storage Cabinet | Arla Reclaimed Oak 42″ Coffee Table

Don’t sleep on their home pieces. I’m always surprised by how good their furniture is despite being a fashion-forward brand.

Faceted Glass Lantern | Lys Striped Ceramic Table Lamp Base | Winston Rattan Loop Oval Wall Mirror

And of course, we’ve been using their smaller decor pieces forever. They always have the prettiest lanterns (the ones above are clearly no exception). I love the bold stripe of that lamp base and the vintage-inspired wall mirror a lot.

Attica Rose Ceiling Medallion | Italian Peeled Large Scale Vase | Roma Wood Plate Rack

Jess actually used that ceiling medallion in her bedroom reveal, and it really added such a nice detail. The vase is awesome, and if you are looking for a modern-traditional style wall unit to store your pretty plates, this rack is it.

Cove Woven Leather Ottoman | Petal Rim Colorblock Vase | Stefan Cordless Rechargeable Lantern

Look at all of this whimsy! I also have that vase and love it. The rechargeable lantern is expensive, but wow, is it so cute. So if you have a perfect place for it, I approve:)

Again, this is just meant to be helpful if you are in the market for awesome clothes and/or decor:) Remember the code is EMILY20, and it expires tomorrow. Happy Anthropologie sale shopping!
