Flower girl

This chick (below) has actual skills with her hands and now she is teaching said skills to the unskilled, like me.

It’s a paper flower making class on Skillshare by one of my favorite, nay MY FAVORITE, paper flower maker in the world (and just an awesome all around gal). Brittany from The House That Lars Built makes these ridiculously beautiful paper flowers that you’ve seen all over the interwebs, and now you can make them. Go HERE for all of the information and to sign up for the class. But meanwhile, feel the romance that is just dripping from this photo:

To sign up for the class go here. Don’t go on in life without knowing how to make these. Treat yourself to come luxurious crafting. Romance not included. :)

Is Brittany your sister or relative? Seriously her mannerisms & way of speaking are very similar to yours:).

Thanks for sharing the flower making class!

  2. oh man! You are the best! Thank you SO much! Let’s get this party started!

Ooooh that’s so sweet. I just came back from Bali, Indonesia, and it’s amazing how flowers are a part of the Balinese culture and religion. Flowers make everything more beautiful. I thought it was time to put more flowers in my life/home and it’s actually a great idea to make them (and not kill them :s)

  4. I love a good paper flower! Almost all of the flowers for my wedding were paper ones I had made, and I made this big paper flower backdrop for my daughter’s first birthday!

I’ve never tried crepe paper ones before though…What a fun class!

  5. SWEET! Thanks much for sharing this! I signed up and am ready to learn how to make some gorgeous flowers! (p.s. turns out my MIL is good friends with your mom! Fun!)

  6. Took this class, loved this class, couldn’t get over how much you two resemble each other! Seriously!

  7. Good day! This is my 1st comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and say I truly enjoy reading your blog posts. Can you recommend any other blogs/websites/forums that go over the same topics? Thanks for your time!

  8. Where ever you go, I will follow…Congrats!!!!
