Shana and Brian’s house was a shell of a 1916’s Spanish style house just begging to be transformed into the antique, spanish home it was always meant to be. The structure had all the right architectural elements. It just needed a few people who really believed in it’s potential.
Oh, and the entire transformation had to be completed within the constraints of an already in progress construction schedule, during a period when Shana and Brian were still in escrow, and while only being able to correspond with Shana via email about big design decisions (as she was away shooting a feature film and being very, VERY pregnant).
In the end we pulled it off, and their house is now, truly, a home.
